New customer referral offer

Here’s the full details about the discount voucher for referrals offer contained in my September 2012 email newsletter.

Simply fill out your name and email address in the form below and also the full name and email address of the new customer you are referring to me. The only contact I will make with the referred customer is to send them my latest newsletter, so please ensure you tell them to contact me if they require my assistance.

Once the new customer contacts me and pays me for the work I do for them I will advise you that your discount voucher has been validated and you are free to use it for a $25 discount on my labour charges until the expiry date of December 31st 2012.

There is no limit to the number of discount vouchers that you can earn up to the end of the offer period but note that the vouchers cannot be used after the offer expiry date.

Terms & conditions:

  1. The discount cannot be used with any other offer or discount
  2. The discount only applies to my labour charges not parts
  3. Vouchers are not transferable (only the referrer can receive the discount)
  4. Referrals must be a new customer of mine (please check with them first)
  5. Referred customers will receive my newsletters (please tell them this)

Note: Please fill out all boxes.
