The standard hardware warranty for all complete computer systems and new parts provided with an upgrade is 12 Months RTB (Return to Base) or ONSITE Warranty (ONSITE for Shoalhaven Heads residents only).

An optional 3 Year Desktop extended warranty is available for an additional $200 (this also includes monitor, keyboard & mouse) – again, this warranty is ONSITE for Shoalhaven Heads residents.

Warranty extensions are available for notebooks & other Beecroft systems & components – ask for details. Certain components carry additional manufacturers warranties.

Onsite Warranties are also available to most other areas at additional cost – ask for details
