Note: LCD monitors are not all the same and there are certainly cheaper models available from other manufacturers. MAG & ASUS monitors have given me consistently good results with wide viewing angles, fast response time and accurate colours. I have only had to replace one unit under warranty so far and I recommend them to my customers.
