Products

Coastal Computers & Design can provide most of the computer-related items that are found in any specialty computer store and many more than are available in the average ‘General Home Products’ shop. Many products can be available within one or two working days of placing your order.

Computer accessories including printers and scanners from Hewlett Packard and Canon are available separately or purchased at the time of a system purchase at even better prices. Broadband and networking components, wireless routers, hard drives, memory, DVD burners, software and U.P.S (Uninterrupted Power Supplies) are also available.

I no longer sell computer systems but I can advise you by recommending a computer that will suit your needs impartially. I can also provide you with a quote to upgrade any reasonably modern computer where possible but if I believe that this is not cost effective I tell you so. In many cases spending money on an older system is not worth it as prices of new systems is significantly lower than they used to be. However, inexpensive upgrades like memory (RAM) or replacing hard drives older than 4-5 years is worth doing to prevent future problems.
